By accessing and using the Site, you agree to abide by these rules and any modifications.
User Accounts. The Site’s content is available only with a paid membership subscription. As a subscriber, you will register with us and create a password to access your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, and all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are a minor, by accessing or using this Site, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian to do so. You further warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms.
Subscription. You shall provide your billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. You will be billed annually in advance based on the subscription plan. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it in advance.
Subscription Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription or renewal at any time through your account settings page, or by contacting us at membership@slowdownmedia.com. You will not receive a refund for the fees already paid for the then-current subscription period, and you will be able to access the Site until the end of your current subscription period.
Fee Changes. We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee. Any change will become effective at the end of the then-current subscription period. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice so that you may terminate before the change comes into effect, should you wish to do so. Your continued use of the Site after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount. Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property. The Information is protected under the copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries ("Intellectual Property Laws"). As between you and the us, the Information is and will remain our exclusive property. You shall not post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute, or in any way use or exploit the Information for commercial purposes, or otherwise use the Information in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms, Intellectual Property Laws, or other applicable law.
